Plunge pools · glass saunas · coastal Europe

Cold plunge pools and glass saunas, built to measure for Europe's coasts

We design and build the whole contrast circuit: a small built-in cold plunge pool held at 3–5 °C, a hot-and-cold pair when you want warmth too, and a glass sauna for one to twelve people. Made in our own workshop, sized for Mediterranean heat and Atlantic damp, drawn in 3D in up to five working days. For boutique hotels, holiday villas, padel clubs, clinics and private homes.

Two coasts

The Mediterranean wants a bigger chiller; the Atlantic wants better stainless

Europe's coasts fail in different ways, so we draw for them differently. A pool that is still 4 °C in a Costa del Sol August and a sauna that is still tight after an Irish winter are the same promise made twice.

Mediterranean coastAtlantic coast
Worst week38–40 °C air, dry, sun on every surfacecool, wet and windy, salt in the air
What fails firstthe chiller's air path, and timber left in full sunseals, fixings and anything that is not marine-grade stainless
What we changesize the chiller for 38–40 °C, shade the glass, give the plant room a real air pathmembrane roofs with falls, sealed cladding, 316 stainless, drained decks
What the owner noticeswater that is still cold in Augusta sauna that is still tight in March

Inland and mountain sites, such as Madrid, the Troodos foothills and the Italian lakes, add frost nights and big temperature swings to the list. The two notes to read first are cold plunge in a Mediterranean summer and salt air, timber, glass and steel.

The market

The audience, counted by people who are not us

We quote no return, because we have no source for one. What can be sourced is the size of the audience that a hotel, a club or a villa is already serving. Each figure names its publisher and its year.

Where we work

Seven countries and twenty-four places, each with its own set of questions

Spain first, then Portugal, Ireland and Cyprus; Italy, Greece and Croatia on request. Every place has its own page with the weather, the property types, the paperwork to ask about and a sample configuration with an indicative range.

The workshop

Joinery and chillers from our own lines, drawn together with the glass and the plant

The cabin, the tub and the chiller come off our own lines and are drawn together. That is why the heater, the glass and the water agree with each other about temperature.

Compose a circuit, read the range, send it on WhatsApp

Choose the sauna size, the pool or tub and the extras. The builder adds the chiller by the litres (1 HP to 260 L, 2 HP to 570 L, 4 HP to 1,200 L), the heater by cabin volume, and shows an indicative range in euros.

Questions

Seven questions to settle before you write to us

How much does a custom sauna cost in Spain, Portugal or Ireland?

A four-seat glass sauna is indicatively €9,700–14,000, a two-seat cabin €7,100–9,700 and an eight-seat commercial cabin €18,500–26,000. A built-in cold plunge pool starts at €8,400. See the price list and the note on what an outdoor sauna costs.

Does a cold plunge pool stay cold in a 40 °C summer?

It does when the chiller is sized for it. We design Mediterranean pools for 38–40 °C air and let the chiller class follow the litres: 1 HP to 260 L, 2 HP to 570 L, 4 HP to 1,200 L. The machine stays out of sight and out of the sun. Details in cold plunge in a Mediterranean summer.

Do I need planning permission for an outdoor sauna?

It depends on the country, the region and sometimes the street, and we will not guess. Our note on permits compared gives what we could verify and the questions to put to your town hall.

Which countries do you cover?

Spain, Portugal, Ireland and Cyprus have full pages with local detail; Italy, Greece and Croatia are on request. See where we work.

How long from signature to first session?

The 3D layout takes up to five working days. Production takes six to ten weeks and assembly on site up to seven days. Delivery depends on the address; the layout carries the figure.

Can a holiday let have a sauna and a plunge pool?

Yes. Read the holiday-let circuit for what to plan around, and the page for holiday lets.

What does the warranty cover?

Everything we build carries a two-year warranty, with assisted service visits during the first year. Payment is 40 / 40 / 20, and the closing instalment is released only after the thermometer has been read and the test signed.
